Job Title: Recruiter

Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)

About the Role

We're partnering with a growing organization to identify a Full-Cycle Recruiter who will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical, corporate, and strategic functions.

This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and developing creative sourcing strategies to fill critical roles.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Screen and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and drive a seamless hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
• Maintain recruiting data, ATS records, and compliance documentation
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

• Process improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
